  • Confidentiality, protecting the customer's medical records at all times and only authorizing relevant medical professionals with access
  • Providing detailed information about the hospitals and surgeons
  • Offering a channel of communication between your local physician and the overseas surgeon
  • Educating you about the procedure and its details
  • Guiding you with all the pre and post operation steps you will need to take
  • Getting you acquainted with the surgeon and hospital, upon arrival before going in for the procedure
  • Informing you about the destination
  • Assuring you that a refund will be provided if: 
    • You decide not to travel outside the US
    • You decide not to go through with the procedure, you will only be charged for the travel and hotel expense
